Forming part of our Grade II star 16th Century Suffolk Farmhouse set in 4 acres of grounds in rural Westhall close to Southwold and Dunwich coast we provide three exclusive accommodations comprising 1 luxury family suite which offers quirky accommodation with 2 private bedrooms so Mum and Dad have their own sanctuary but still within earshot of the kids, one in an almost magical upstairs area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area. Beamed bathroom with bath and shower, complimentary designer bath products, robes and slippers provided. 32in flat screen TV with free view and DVD. All accommodation is on the first floor. There is also a luxury double room with King size four poster bed, heavily timbered en suite with roll top bath and glorious views over the Suffolk countryside. The third suite has oak beams, a super king size four poster bed, en suite, a roll top bath in the original fireplace, please note that the bath has restricted headroom. This Suite also this room comes with private use of the drawing room, a huge room with triple aspect, wood burner, 42inch TV, SKY, blue ray library and luxurious large sofa to snuggle up in front of the fire. All three rooms have their own private dining area for your exclusive use. Breakfast provided from produce on our farm to include Glos Old spot rare breed pork sausages, eggs laid by our hens. Rurally situated with easy access to A12 mid way between Norwich and Ipswich an ideal stop over for business or pleasure. Collection by romantic horse drawn carriage from our local rural train station, direct from Liverpool Street to Brampton can be arranged prior to arrival. Located on the main No 1 cycle route with glorious rural walks on the door step. Horse riding or carriage drive also available on request. Self catering options also available. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS YET a £50 deposit will be requested when booking to secure the dates requested. Please note babies and children are only accepted in our family suite room.
