Ample free parking on-site for any vehicle size and within easy reach of Loughborough, Leicester, Nottingham or Derby. East Midlands Airport is 13 miles away. Nearest Rail - Loughborough. The accommodation is immensely spacious with sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people - Master Double bedroom with en-suite, Twin Bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. Travel cot also available on request. Large Family Bathroom, stylish & fully equipped Kitchen and a panoramic open-plan Lounge/Diner with contemporary furnishings. Free Sat 42 plasma TV, DVD/MP3, Free Wi-Fi & Wired Broadband connection. Bedroom 1 (Master) has a 22 LCD TV with Freeview Channels and Bedroom 2 (Twin) has a 32 Flatscreen with Freeview Channels. Sliding/folding patio doors open out onto a large private balcony overlooking the marina and the Soar Valley with Patio Furniture for 8 persons to dine outside. Underfloor heating throughout this apartment and private entrance. Licensed restaurant is below the apartment serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Other activities which can be booked include boat hire from 1 hour to one day. This venue is available for meetings and would suit small weddings or family get-togethers. Pets allowed at a charge of £5 per Animal per night payable on arrival. This is a First Floor Apartment with a flight of stairs - no lift - so may be unsuitable for some users requiring disabled access. Sorry but smoking is not permitted inside this apartment. Smokers can use the outside space. Quality in Tourism Board Rating of 3 Stars given on 13th November 2009 for the apartment as a 6 bed accommodation. As a 4 Bed Property this would increase to 4 Stars. NOTE TO THIRD PARTIES & AGENTS - please ensure you give us full contact details of your client including a mobile telephone number of the person checking in. We do not have a 24hr reception desk and prior arrangements should be made for check-in after 5.45pm on Mondays or after 9.45pm Tuesdays through to Sundays. Set Geographically between the villages of Quorn and Barrow-upon-Soar, Off Barrow Road. From A6 northbound, take the Quorn & Barrow Upon Soar Exit. 50 metres to roundabout. First Exit at Roundabout into Barrow Road & over A6 bridge. Flesh Hovel Lane is a left turn on the other side of the A6 bridge. Head down the narrow Flesh Hovel Lane for half a mile, marina is on the right. (Brown Tourist Signs for Pillings Lock are along the route and the A6) From Loughborough on A6 (Southbound) take the Barrow Upon Soar Exit. 30 metres to roundabout. At Roundabout turn left towards Quorn and only 25 metres after roundabout turn right into Flesh Hovel Lane. Head down the narrow Flesh Hovel Lane for half a mile, marina is on the right. (Brown Tourist Signs for Pillings Lock are along the route and the A6)
