A deposit of GBP 200 is taken at least 30 days prior to arrival. This is refundable on departure after checks on the accommodation. 25% of the total rent would be charged at the time of the booking. The total price of the reservation including Security deposit and the cleaning charge would be charged at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Guests can check in early at 2 PM with an extra charge of £20 upon request.
