The apartment forms part of a stone built Victorian terrace and is within easy walking distance of the towns attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants and is 10 minute walk from the bus and railway stations. The apartment has a double and a twin bedroom, ideal for families, groups of friends or two couples. There is a comfortable lounge room with 42 LED Freesat TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen and dining area with seating for four. The modern bathroom comprises a bath and shower. All heating, linen, bath-towels and tea-towels are included. There is a free private parking space at the front of the terrace. The apartment is strictly no smoking. No pets allowed. The apartment is not suitable for children under six due to open stairwell. Please note this is a loft apartment with stair case so not suitable for those of limited mobility. Check in is from 2pm and checkout is 10am.
