The ground floor apartment with it 's own main door, faces Arthurs Seat and Holyrood Park and is situated across the road from The Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool. It is walking distance to the Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Palace and Pleasance and near to restaurants and pubs. Cloudberry Apartment has been newly refurbished throughout, maintaining the Victorian traditional features. The apartment is 70 sq m and has a large lounge with ornate fireplace and working fire. It has a flat screen TV with Freeview HD, DVD player and iPod dock. The floorboards are original throughout the apartment and there is a Victorian stained glass window in the entrance hall. There is a car park available 140 feet away from the apartment at The Salisbury Arms pub and restaurant. It is open 24 hours and costs a nominal fee of £4 per day.
