Barncroft Luxury Guest House provides exceptional high quality bed and breakfast accommodation very close to Birmingham 's NEC & Airport. Located centrally to the motorway network , in a semi rural location and less than 10 minutes drive from NEC. CHECK IN FROM 4PM DATE OF ARRIVAL, IF NOT SUITABLE PLEASE ADVISE,HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE All the rooms have been carefully designed to incorporate as many expectations as possible. Each room has a luxury marble en-suite bathroom with high class chrome fittings. There are desks and free wi-fi connection in every room with reading lamps and bedside lights. To ensure an excellent night sleep, each room has top quality 7 anti-bacterial pocket sprung mattresses with 3 memory foam tops , a favourite with everyone who stays here, ensuring they will return again. Full length mirrors , mini bars, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, flat screen digital tv with DVD/CD/Radio in all rooms. Junction 6 M42 (NEC/Birmingham Airport). Head onto A45 towards Coventry. Exit onto A452 (Kenilworth Road), towards Kenilworth,Leamington,Meriden. Ignore signs to Hampton in Arden, continue along A452 towards Balsall Common. Take a u-turn at roundabout (The George In the tree/Travel Inn) and come backdown carriageway. Barncroft is on left 200 yards after speed camera. Or, exit junction 4 M6 towards NEC/Coventry onto A446. Continue straight on A446 and it will merge into A452 (Kenilworth Road), do not exit onto A452. At roundabout continue straight on A452 towards Meriden, Balsall Common. At roundabout ignore signs to Hampton in Arden, continue ahead on A452 towards Balsall Common, Kenilworth, Leamington. Straight ahead at roundabout/Merceded Garage. Take a u-turn at roundabout (the George in The tree/travel inn). Barncroft is approx 200 yards after the only speed camera.
