ATHOLL BRAE - ROYAL MILE - is a 4 star, luxury, self-contained, self -catering apartment, accommodating 4 adults in luxury - plus baby cot and/or a folding/child 's bed in comfort. TWO TOILETS, A SHOWER AND A BATH WITH A SHOWER OVER. A cot, baby bath and high chair can also be provided. FREE GARAGE PARKING & FREE WI-FI Our quoted prices are based on up to 4 guests. We can do up to 5 guests, for an additional charge of £20, for the additional guest, per night. Babies are very welcome and we can provide up to 2 cot, cot-linen and highchair packages at £10 each If you are a group of 4, who would like an extra bed - a folding one, or a bed-settee - just let us know there is an additional £10 charge. This gives you 4 separate bed-spaces. For 5 guests, only the additional guest charge applies. Just let us know in advance.. Finally, we can split the large bed into 2 narrow singles - one off charge of £20 - so a maximum of 5 separate bed-spaces., or we can fix the twin beds together to give very wide bed - again an additional £20. YOUR ARRIVAL - WE NEED TO KNOW WHEN YOU WILL ARRIVE TO WELCOME YOU AND GIVE YOU KEYS - THERE IS NO ON-SITE RECEPTION. PLEASE BE SURE TO GIVE US YOUR MOBILE NUMBER AND TAKE NOTE OF OURS.
