Luxurious ground floor apartment, down a quiet lane, but literally just off the historic Royal Mile. Fully level access from street level and throughout. Fully equipped with comfortable beds and leather settees. Functional kitchen with oven stove, fridge free er, dishwasher and washing machine/ tumble drier. Two luxury bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower and toilet, plus a second full bathroom in the hall. Luxury and privacy for 4 adults - folding beds, cots and high chairs for children are available (package is £10 per stay) Our pricing is based on up to 4 guests - a 5th guest is possible, using either a folding bed or the bed settee at £20 per night. We are a very small, family concern. Everything is attended to personally by one, or some, of us. We meet and welcome all of our guests, we ll often have already corresponded by e-mail to provide planning help and advice. We know and love Edinburgh well. The ambiance we aim for is for our guests to arrive, welcomed as friends, at the very comfortable, luxurious home of a another friend. More personal than a hotel, but also private, secure and self-contained. (with on-site garage parking, wi-fi, comfortable beds, .................) We ve equipped each of the apartments with quality furnishings and appliances and small personal details to make them personal and welcoming. On-site garage parking and wi-fi.

Old Tolbooth Wynd is a short cobbled lane, which runs from the Canongate, on the Royal Mile to Calton Road. Access by car is easiest from Calton Road, running west from Holyrood Palace - Old Tolbooth Wynd is on your left-hand side, as you drive along. Alternatively, it s short walk from Waverley train station - provided you exit by gate 4 to Calton Road, then turn right along Calton Road and Old Tolbooth Wynd is the second on the right. (The main door is on the street, not in the courtyards). Door number 6 is the second on the right - then press the buzzer for apartment 1 and we ll be pleased to assist you. From the airport it s a taxi ride of 20 - 45 minutes and will cost around £25.
