The course at Stoneham is considered to be one of the best in Hampshire and is unusual in having 5 Par 5?_?_??s and 5 Par 3?_?_??s and no two holes alike. Undulating through a beautiful parkland and heathland setting with views over the ltchen valley towards Winchester it is a course that rewards brain over brawn. The quality of the course means that we never use temporary greens and rarely close.

It was built in the old deer park of North Stoneham house the course was designed by Willie Park Junior. He revelled in the opportunity offered by the rolling land and the stream that meandered through it and the course measuring 6,033yds, offering a satisfying challenge to golfers striking Haskell balls with hickory-shafted clubs.
