Belton Woods is a PGA championship approved venue and, let's be honest, a golfer's paradise. With three challenging courses to play and fantastic facilities, you won't find anywhere else like it in Lincolnshire, or even in the East Midlands. This is golf at its best.
Established in 1991, our golf courses at Belton Woods have matured and improved year on year, to produce some of the best courses in the Midlands. We have 45 holes of golf over 3 challenging and picturesque courses including the Championship Lakes course home of the oldest PGA tournament in the world - the Midlands PGA Championships. With its long holes, thin fairways and, as the name suggest, plenty of water hazards, this is a challenging course for any golfer.
The picturesque Woodside course has gentle undulating fairways, which makes local knowledge the key to a low score. The course runs alongside many of the wooded areas surrounding the resort and has a number of newly constructed pot bunkers to catch you out.

A real golf test. Many greens are guarded by lakes so choose your club carefully. A beautiful course peppered with water hazards. This par 72 Championship course can be a tricky course for high handicappers, with lakes guarding the approaches to many greens. Course management and shot placement is key here. The holes are long and the fairways tight, so anything wayward from the tee could result in you having to lay up in front of the water. The 9th hole is over 600 yards, one of the longest in Europe.
This is a beautiful par 73 course with lush, undulating fairways. Much of the course runs alongside the magnificent woodlands on the estate. The Woodside contrasts with the Lakes course in many ways - it is well worth playing both if you are here on a weekend golf break. The shorter Woodside course, 6,623 yards long, runs along the forested estate - spectacular at any time of year - especially in the autumn. The undulating fairways and natural hazards need careful negotiation - this is a real 'thinkers' course for high handicappers and pros alike.
This is a great 9-hole par three course attached to the golf Academy, with a range of holes from 92 to 186 yards. A Par-3 course where club selection is really important, as the holes offer different challenges.
