A stunning newly constructed modern property in the heart of London 's charming Notting Hill area. The newly built residences are absolutely stunning for both families, singles and couples. The apartments are designed with spacious rooms, a large fully fitted kitchen with appliances and a luxurious bathroom. You get a private balcony, beautiful wood floor with underfloor heating and an air filtration system, making the apartments perfect all year round. The bathroom has modern facilities including a large powerful shower and the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and large windows. Located a short walk from adorable little shops with everything from baby clothes and designer shoes to old school record stores and hat shops. The nearby food scene is incredible and both street food, gourmet coffee and amazing individual cafes can be found just off Westbourne Grove, and the iconic Portobello Road is located just around the corner. Busses run every other minute and the nearest tube stations are Notting Hill Gate for the Central, Circle and District lines to central London or Westfield at Shepherds Bush, and Ladbroke Grove for the Hammersmith and City and Circle lines into central London where you can experience old iconic buildings, incredible shopping options and a mecca of restaurants. Bicycles are available at the London Cycle hire docking stations, counting five close by: Notting Hill Gate Underground, Turquoise Island, Pembridge Road and Chepstow Villas and Palace Gardens Terrace. When hiring a bike, returning the bike is easy and there are more than 10,000 bikes at over 700 docking stations located maximum 300 meters apart. House Rules: 1. Keys: Please show a valid ID, such as a passport or driver 's license at the time of checkin to our Front desk associate. 2. To settle the booking amount, we will send a secure link to pay online along with damage deposit of GBP 150 which will be refunded 2 weeks after the checkout. 3. On checkout please drop keys in the mailbox. 4. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities. 5. Car parking is on subject to availability at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night. 6. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week. 7. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments. 8. There is a late checkout charge of GBP20/hr depending on the availability. 9. Please send us your government issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver 's license once you have booked the apartment. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information: 1. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection atleast 48 hrs prior to checkin. 2. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should you be arriving at the apartment after 8pm or before 9am you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance. An out-of-hours check-in fee will be applied if your time of arrival is after 8pm or before 9am, £50 before and £100 after 11pm.
