Kingsbridge, Devon. The well known Pigs Nose Pub at East Prawle is just a short walk across the fields. Situated between Prawle Point and Start Point, deep in the heart of the South Hams, in an area of outstanding natural beauty as well as being in a coastal preservation area. Kingsbridge is 8 miles away, Salcombe 3 miles by passenger ferry, Dartmouth 10 miles and Exeter 30 miles. With five bedrooms in the farmhouse each sleeping between 4 and 9 people the venue is just as ideal for 16 people or up to 40! The Kitchen with its warming Aga and dining table for smaller parties, pantry and dishwasher leads off to the Games room equipped with Air Hockey, Darts and Pool Table. In another adjacent barn there is a Table Tennis table. Full Sky and broadband will be available and will feature a 32 plasma in the Lounge.
