Located on the A143 Beccles Road, we are a 4 Star Gold Award, Visit England rated, Bed and Breakfast. We also have a 2016 Laterooms Only The Guest Award, 2015 Breakfast Award, a 2015 Trip Adviser Certificate of Excellence, a 2015 Trip Adviser service award and our king double and luxury twin rooms have been rated Level One Disability/ Elderly friendly. Each of these rooms have direct access to our large patio area and their own quality garden furniture, with views over the gardens and Fritton Lake Country Park. The entrance to Fritton lake and its many attractions, is just a five hundred yard walk away. We have a large electric gated, enclosed private car park, undercover parking if required, disabled parking, and a ramp to the front door. Entirely on the ground floor you travel through our double door reception/dining area and out onto the patio/gardens around which the rooms are arranged. The only steps are the three steps down to our four person suite (which is not suitable for disabled guests) and a 21cm step into each rooms power shower. We have a catering pub (Decoy Tavern) across the road and several other catering establishments within a five minute drive.
