RestUp Hostel, located at Driscoll House Elephant & Castle, offers affordable accommodation within zone 1 London and has done so since 1913. We have private rooms (twin bunks or double) as well as shared (mixed gender) dormitories ranging from 4 bed through to 20 bed. Please note that we have 2x female only 4 bed dorms. If you require this room please book early. All of our double rooms as well as several rooms in our twin, 8 bed and 10 bed categories have ensuites. Please note that on arrival reception will as for a £10 cash deposit for your room key which is refunded to you when you check-out and return the key. We also have a restaurant on site that is open from midday (12:00) until 19:00 offering a variety of meals from light snacks through to homemade pizza and delicious italian pasta dishes. Additionally we have two different breakfast options continental and full english breakfast as well as coffee for sale. Free WiFi is also available however limited to the common areas only the lobby and tv room. As such WiFi is not available within the rooms. Rest Up is situated in South East Central London. The nearest Tube station is Elephant & Castle. It will take approximately 8 minutes to walk to our Hostel. There is a bus stop directly outside the main gate. Bus No 453 towards Oxford Street, Marylebone & Baker Street , No 1 towards Tottenham Court Road, No 172 to St Pauls Cathedral No 188 to Russel Square No 168 to Camden Town & Hampstead Heath and No 63 To Kings Cross St Pancras Station. Buses are ever 7 11 minutes Bike Hire is available directly opposite the building on New Kent Road from £2.00 for 24 Hours. The first 30 Minutes are free of charge.
