All of these residential units have one bedroom with one double bed and sofa-beds which can accommodate up to 4 to 6 guests , each residential unit has its own private bathroom and kitchenette. The residential units that can accommodate 5 to 6 guests has one double bed and two sofa-beds to accommodate the guests. All the amenities you would expect from a modern home are provided including an open plan kitchenette fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, microwave, Tea/Coffee facilities, washing machine, hair dryer, clothes dryer, Iron/ Ironing board, HDTV with DVD player and Freeview, shared Wi-Fi. All of our apartments have a strict no-smoking policy. TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR RESERVATION WE WILL PRE-AUTHORISED YOUR CARD DETAILS FOR THE FIRST NIGHT TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION. IF THIS FAILS YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED. SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £150.00 WILL BE PRE-AUTHORISED ON YOUR CARD ON YOUR DATE OF CHECK-IN, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR I.D ON CHECK-IN. STRICTLY NO STAG/HEN OR ANY OTHER PARTY GROUPS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY WITH LONDON APARTMENTS GROUP OF GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 24 ARE NOT PERMITTED TO STAY WITH US. ALL FAMILY GROUPS ARE WELCOMED TO STAY WITH LONDON APARTMENTS ONLY THE ROOM TYPE OCCUPANCY ARE ALLOWED TO STAY ALLOWED TO STAY OR VISIT AT THE APARTMENT, WE DO NOT ALLOW EXTRA GUESTS TO STAY OR VISIT, IF YOU FOUND WITH EXTRA GUESTS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND.
