Coming from Junction 22 M5: Take the third exit off of round about towards Bristol.A38. Travel on the A38 until you reach Lower Weare, turn right signed to Wedmore. Go past The Wheatsheaf Inn and then take the second turning on the right signed to Blackford ,approximately 1 mile and PoplarFarm will be on the right Turn into the lane and drive in behind the house where there is parking. If coming from any other direction on reaching Wedmore take the B3139 towards Burnham on Sea,on reaching Blackford turn right into Redmans Hill, go past Axe Valley Veterinary Practice on reaching next T junction turn right and you will come into Stoughton Rd follow this until you reach Poplar Farm on the Left.
