This Luxury guest house is exclusively for adults. Specializing in 1, 2 or 3 night breaks with no minimum stay charge. Same price for per night for 1 or 2 nights etc. So if you want a romantic break, or are here on business, you can be assured of a relaxing stay. Even in this economic climate it is possible to have an exclusive luxury five star break, at an affordable price. We do not cater for single sex groups if they are for stag or hen do.'s Our breakfast room serves a superb selection of great fresh locally sourced food cooked fresh from the extensive menu ( Vegetarian options) No night before pre-ordering system (Unless you want it served in your room). Our B&B has an inside non-smoking policy throughout but a patio area outside the lounge, part of which is under cover, can be used for smoking and has automatic lighting. An individual building with 7 very different room building with the added bonus of no children also we do not care if you have your own drink or Take-always in your room. 5 stars but very much laid back just enjoy.
