Exit the M42/A42 from junction 12 or 13 and follow signs for Ashby town centre. From Junction 12 turn left from the exit and follow Ashby signs, after approximately 1.5 mile the hotel is located on the right hand side. From Junction 13 take the A511 towards Ashby, follow road through the town (approx 1.7 miles) then at the end of the high street go straight on at the 1st mini roundabout and immediately left at the 2nd, then left at the 3rd - turn immediate left into the hotel car park.
