Our chain of apartment are located in several buildings in the Aldgate/Whitechapper/Londinium Towe area and surroundings. All are equipped to a high modern standard with a breakfast bar, sunny kitchens, massive windows with lots of light, 22 inch tv 's with freeview and FREE WIFI In the neighbourhood you can easily find anything you need from supermarkets to cinemas all minutes away. Also many classic British pubs, shopping areas, Music venues, theatres. Check-in takes place at the new head office Unit 13, 1-13 Adler Street, London. Here you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance. Please note that your apartment is at different address a short distance from the office - you will recieve the specific adress in your confirmation. Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and a valid credit card used for the booking. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed within the rented property nor disturbing the peace. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged penalty and asked to leave without a refund. Security deposit will be requested during the checkin. Please note, that to check the validity of credit card you provide as guarantee for the booking, we will preauthorize the ammount equal to the price of the first night. If you book the discounted advanced purchase rate, your credit card wil be charged right away. You need to provide a valid creditcard.
