Directions to HIGHLAND APARTMENTS Check-in As we have no reception area, please note the following check-in arrangements in Zizzi s Restaurant which is in the same building as our apartments their front door is beside the front door of the Living-by-the-Bridge Apartment building. Enter the restaurant and ask at the counter for your keys. You will be given your keys in an envelope with instructions inside how to use them. KEY PICK-UP AT ZIZZI RESTAURANT 3.00pm-11.00pm DIRECTIONS TO HIGHLAND APARTMENTS Bridge St, Inverness 01463 717568 or 07877 200 880 or 07877 287 681 DRIVING here: Use SAT-NAV post code IV1 1QU Make your way to Bank Street along the river in the city centre. Between the Mercure Hotel car park and the Strutt & Parker building, turn into Bank Lane and park. Walk round to the front entrance of Zizzi Restaurant on the corner of Bank Street and Bridge Street to pick up your keys at the counter (ask for the Duty Manager). You have 3 keys: the garage fob an oval magnetic swipe and a standard Yale key. The roller shutter door to the garage for your parking is on your right in Bank Lane (20m). Aim the clicker at the doors and press the right hand button or front yellow button or button B the doors will open to allow you through and will close automatically. Your parking bay is marked with your apartment number.The internal entrance to the residential part of the Apartment building is located at the bottom right hand corner of the garage touch the oval magnetic swipe against the red light on the control box beside the door to unlock it go through both doors and down the small flight of 4 stairs to the lifts. Apartments beginning with 1 are on the first floor, 2 on the second floor etc. There is a folder in the apartment with information for your free internet access, extra hot water etc.. The lobby area is on the ground floor this is where the main glass front doors are. They are electronic and are unlocked from the inside by a green/white switch on the left hand side of the doors and from the outside by touching the oval magnetic swipe against the bottom square light panel (with the red light) below the stainless steel panel to the right of the door. Check-out time is 10am except on Sundays which is 11am When you are ready to leave the apartment please put the keys in the post box corresponding to your apartment number in the entrance lobby. On your final exit from the garage you will have to press the black up arrow on the pillar on the left hand side of the garage door. WALKING (& TAXI) FROM TRAIN STATION Leave the Station by the front doors and walk straight ahead along Union Street (100 metres). At the end of Union Street turn left on to Church Street and walk to the end (30 metres). Turn right and walk past Primark shop and into Zizzi Restaurant (30 metres) to pick up your keys at the counter. You have 2 keys: an oval magnetic swipe and a standard Yale key. The main glass doors of the By the Bridge Apartment building are situated next door to Zizzi Restaurant.....you will see the big sign Living By the Bridge inside the front hallway. Use the black/grey oval swipe on your key-ring to unlock the doors by touching it against the bottom square light panel (with the red light) under the stainless steel panel to the right of the door. Pull the door open, go in and take the lift (elevator) or stairs to your apartment. The front doors are opened from the inside by the big green switch on the wall beside the doors. There is a folder in the apartment with information for your free internet access, extra hot water etc... When you are ready to leave the apartment please put the keys in the post box corresponding to your apartment number in the entrance lobby. Check-out time is 10am except on Saturdays & Sundays which is 11am.
