Abacus Bed and Breakfast

Abacus is set in a quiet location fronted by heathland, with woodland to the rear and a nearby lake, providing ample opportunity for walking. This peaceful and restful environment is ideal for unwinding and relaxing. As we are in a heathland setting, please note that the access road has an uneven surface in places and requires care. All rooms have free, high-speed WiFi, large flat screen TV with Sky HD (sports and movies), DVD player and fridge. Our shared shower rooms receive 5 for cleanliness. There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen/dining room with facilities to prepare, cook and eat breakfast and an evening meal. A continental breakfast on a self-serve basis is available at all times. Free private car parking is provided. Abacus is conveniently situated within 2 miles of M3 motorway, Meadows shopping centre, Blackwater railway station (with direct link to Gatwick & Reading) and Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. Located in a quiet, private cul-de-sac, Abacus enjoys views over heathland to the front and woodland to the rear. The surrounding area of Hawley Hill (20 square km) provides ample opportunity for leisurely walks and cycle rides. Wildlife is in abundance and deer, foxes and numerous species of birds regularly frequent the area. A one mile picturesque woodland walk leads to Hawley Lake.
