Maxine and Paul offer you a warm, friendly welcome to Rutland 's - a clean, 12 en-suite bedroomed guest-house. Ideally and centrally located for all of your requirements, Rutland 's is only a two minute walk to the sea front, town centre with it 's wealth of shops, bars, clubs & entertainment, including the Blackpool Tower complex, The Winter Gardens and Blackpool 's Theatres. Indeed, the main Blackpool car and coach park is a mere 30 second walk to the front door of the guest-house. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, have TVs with free view/dvd, tea/coffee making facilities, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, complimentary toiletries and all have en-suite bathrooms. The full English Breakfast is served in our airy separate dining room, where in addition to the full English, there is a choice of cereals, toast and of course, as much tea/coffee as you wish. After breakfast you may choose to relax in the adjacent sun lounge, read the newspapers, watch TV or simply chill before the day ahead of you. Rutland 's also benefits from having it 's own separate bar area with a fully stocked licensed bar, a wide range of music can be played along with a karaoke machine for the more adventurous, alternatively you may wish to watch the TV. We are open all year round, offering family, double, twin and single rooms. We have all the facilities you need to make the most of your Blackpool holiday or short break. We do cater for specialist events that occur in Blackpool Christmas, New Year, Dancers, Magicians, Pigeon Fanciers, Theatre goers, Birthday celebrations and Hen parties have all had an enjoyable stay at our guest accommodation.Please note we do not cater for all male (exception being pigeon weekend) & stag group bookings.
