Tree lined fields and mature grounds are home to abundant wild life and flowers. Little Pengelly is an ideal base for exploring West Cornwall. Lands End, St Ives, St Michael 's Mount and Falmouth are all with in easy reach. There are many things to enjoy in the area from visiting gardens and interesting shops, to coastal walks and heritage mines. We can give locals knowledge about hidden coves, galleries and crafts, where to go fishing, kayaking or cycling and lots more! The local town of Porthleven offers a variety of cafes, pubs and restaurants in an attractive harbour setting.

If approaching West Cornwall via the A30 / past Truro and Redruth Even if using sat-nav please follow these directions. Owing to our postal code covering a large rural area, sat-nav will often take you on one-track roads. We are best approached from the B3302 as we are just 50 meters off it. Leave the A30 at the HAYLE roundabout, 4th exit s/posted Hayle. Almost immediately you will reach a mini island - turn LEFT. Follow this winding lane until you reach the halt sign where it joins the B3302 (approx. 3 miles) - Turn LEFT. In half a mile you will pass through the village of LEEDSTOWN. Proceed for another one and a half miles and as you approach the top of a winding hill you will see our Cream Tea sign (with Teapot ) on your left. Take the next left and our Farmhouse is on your right approximately 200 yds down this lane - clearly signposted at the entrance.
