Allan & Lesley Jeffery have now taken over as proprietors of Clarence House and intend to ensure that your stay is memorable. You are assured a warm welcome from them to Clarence House, Skegness. We are located on South Parade, the quieter area of Skegness, overlooking the boating lake, the southern amenities and bowling greens. A no- smoking policy operates throughout the building. The location, just across the road from the golden sands of the southern beach, approximately 100 metres from Skegness Clock Tower, 50 metres from the world renowned Fairy Dell and is ideal for all the amenities that Skegness has to offer.

From Lincoln (A158) At traffic lights (after Football Ground), proceed straight over into Castleton Boulevard. At Tee junction with North Parade promenade, turn right. At Clock Tower roundabout, proceed straight over into South Parade promenade. Clarence House Hotel is on the right in about 1/4 mile. From Boston (A52) Enter one-way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep right on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) - towards the Town Centre. Filter left after passing the Lumley Hotel (on the right), into Richmond Drive (do not turn left into Lumley Road - opposite Lumley Hotel). In about 1/4 mile turn left into Sandbeck Avenue. Proceed to the end of Sandbeck Avenue and cross straight over staggered junction at Drummond Road. Proceed short distance to South Parade (promenade) and turn left. Clarence House Hotel is several yards on the left side.
