Holly House is a newly established Bed & Breakfast Guest house located in the lovely village of Oakley. Ideally situated just 4 miles from Basingstoke town centre and 17 miles from the historic city of Winchester, with easy vehicle access to the M3 at junctions 6 or 7 and other major road networks, making this an ideal location when visiting on business in Basingstoke and surrounding areas, or as a base to reach the Southern, Western and Central UK, as well as London and other major cities We pride ourselves on offering top quality B&B accommodation and service in luxury surroundings. Holly House has been finished to a high standard with a contemporary but elegant ambience. Guest rooms All bedrooms are furnished to offer our guests a comfortable and relaxing environment. Each guest bedroom has a double bed fitted with the best quality cotton bed linen. Guest rooms are provided with a complimentary range of tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your room, while relaxing watching your flat screen LED TV. For those that wish too continue work there is a desk and secure free Wi-Fi in every room. Guest rooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms with either a shower or a bath and shower, all are provided with high quality luxury towels and toiletries Guest Lounge The guest lounge provides a comfortable area to relax with a TV and daily newspapers, where you can enjoy complimentary Nespresso coffee, Fairtrade teas and biscuits throughout your stay. Breakfast We understand the importance of starting the day with an extremely good breakfast. Holly-House offer a range of delicious breakfast fare from Full English to healthy options. If you are in a hurry in the morning, we can prepare a brown bag breakfast and hot drink to go. All produce are of the best quality and sourced locally. Evening dining Evening meals are available at our two local pubs which are within walking distance of Holly-House ,the Barley Mow specializes in Thai cuisine and the Fox serves both English and Caribbean dishes. Alternatively there are numerous restaurants a short drive away that will also deliver, (enjoy your takeaway food in our conservatory dinning room with cutlery and plates provided). If you want a real night out Basingstoke town has a wide variety of good restaurants and entertainment. Shopping Festival Place Basingstoke is a short drive away and is the regional Shopping Mall for North Hampshire. Exercise Should you wish to enjoy some exercise there are some wonderful walks/runs/cycles from our doorstep through the village into the beautiful surrounding Hampshire countryside, route maps are available on request. Car parking Free car parking for guests is available on site. Smoking Holly House is a non smoking house, all guest rooms are fitted with smoke detectors for your safety.
