Your comfort and enjoyment is our top priority and this is qualified by the number of people who return time after time, many arriving as guests and leaving as friends. Enjoying a town centre location close to the seafront, theatres and many of the major tourist attractions including the world famous Blackpool Tower and the Houndshill Shopping Centre The Sutcliffe Hotel is ideally situated for tourists, conference delegates and various festival competitors. All 49 centrally heated en-suite bedrooms are well maintained and tastefully decorated with a passenger lift serving all floors. (Should anyone have mobility problems please enquire when making your booking as a number of rooms require access via a limited number of steps). We have a varied selection of double, twin, family and single rooms offering a total hotel occupancy of approx. 95 persons. Crisp, white cotton sheets adorn all our divan beds, plus duvets and throwovers. Extra pillows are provided for your added comfort. Blankets are available on request. Each bedroom is equipped with flat screen LCD Freeview TV/Radio, hospitality beverage tray and hairdryer. Ironing facilities can be supplied upon request at reception. Bathrooms feature glass shower enclosure or full size baths with overhead showers and hand/bath towels, bathmats and complimentary toiletries are provided. Cots can be supplied at no extra charge. THE HOTEL FACILITIES Our spacious restaurant, open from 8.15am for breakfast and from 5.00pm for Evening Dinner, enjoys a reputation for traditional cuisine, with varied table d hote menus. Breakfast begins with a continental starter buffet, followed by a Full English , or a lighter option if you prefer. In the evening our team of chefs produce a selection of dishes, made from local sources when available, which are served professionally to your table by our waiters and waitresses. There are meals to suit every palate and specialist diets/childrens meals can be catered for on request. You can complement your evening dinner with a beverage from our well stocked bars or make a selection from our extensive wine list which includes a variety of good quality, reasonably priced wines from several countries. Light Bites are available at lunchtime and hot & cold beverages throughout the day. Chill out over a drink in our comfortable lounge bar which offers an excellent selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks in relaxed surroundings. Also you can enjoy top quality entertainment throughout the season. Why not relax in a comfortable chair in the front lounges or when the sun is shining.
