lmond Villa is a charming, relaxing and friendly bed and breakfast in Perth offering quality accommodation in an attractive Victorian house with only a 10 minute walk into Perth 's centre. We have a cheerful Perth bed and breakfast and our priority has always been customer care . We give a warm friendly welcome to all our guests: whether you are in Perth for business or pleasure, you will arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. Each guest bedroom is unique, and comfortable, a great base to explore all that Perth and Perthsire can offer. Almond Villa is a non-smoking bed and breakfast. We have free car parking with a secure parking area for motorcycles or bicycles.

Walking from Perth train or bus station to Almond Villa is only 0.8 miles so should take between 15-20mins. Leave the station (from train station turn left and bus station turn right) and head North on Leonard Street. After 150ft turn left into Alexandria St. At the end of the road turn right into Caledonian Rd. Keep going straight, cross over at traffic lights and a roundabout. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights (Police station is on your left), Walk up Dunkeld Rd, passed Frankie & Benny s restaurant and TKMaxx. Cross over the road at the pedestrian crossing and continue. Almond Villa is on your right-hand side.
