Situated in the heart of the city but in a unique, secluded and picturesque part of Bangor but with the added benefit of being within walking distance to all amenities and the best eating establishments in the area. Take Junction 10 off the A55 towards Bangor and Tesco Superstore. At roundabout, keeping tesco on your right take the 1st exit on the roundabout onto the A4087 towards Bangor Centre. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd turning towards Bangor passing Dunelm on your left hand side. At the mini roundabout go straight ahead. At the next roundabout (Matalan, DW Sports on your left) take the 3rd turning towards Bangor. At the next mini roundabout, turn left up Penchwintan Road. Follow road up the hill until you reach a T junction. At junction turn left onto Penrhos road. At the next mini roundabout, turn right onto Belmont road, remain on Belmont Road until you see Friars School turning on your left, stay on this road (showing Dead End), follow the road round a right bend and Ashbrook Bangor Bed and Breakfast will be on your left hand side. From Bangor train station, turn left at traffic lights onto Holyhead road. Pass Morrisons on your right hand side, at the next roundabout, take the 1st left onto Ffriddoedd
