Our centrally located contemporary apartments offer a choice of 7 stylish one, two bedroom apartments and separate, double en-suite rooms. All of these apartments are fully furnished to a high standard with LCD televisions, comfortable double bedrooms, spacious living / dining areas and fully equipped kitchens. Welcome packs containing a variety of teas, coffees, sugar, biscuits and milk containers are provided to all guests, together with washing powder, dishwasher tablets and bathroom toiletries. Based close to the canal side and only minutes from Chester Railway Station, Northgate Street Shopping Centre and Chester Cathedral, the apartments are also just under 5 minute drive from Chester Racecourse. This fantastic location boasts a wide choice of restaurants on City Road and in the city centre, which is just a short walk away. Here at Base Serviced Apartments, you can find a real sense of a home-from-home comfort, which makes them a perfect choice, whether you are a traveling couple, family or a business guest. All guests must be over the age of 25 in order to make a reservation. With regret, we do not accept stag or hen parties. Check-in time is between 3 PM and 5 PM at the apartments location. Alternative arrangement can be made at an extra charge - check in after 5 PM and until 9 PM is a subject to a late check in fee of £20 after 9 PM the charge rises to £50. All keys must be collected from here, and returned here upon departure. The apartments address is: 19 - 21 City Road, Chester, CH1 3AE. Please note that hotel reserves the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorise a security deposit (from £150 up to £500) on arrival on the same debit / credit card that was used for accommodation pre-payment (Laser, Maestro, Solo cards or cash are not accepted for a pre-authorisation). Cardholder must be present. There will be an additional transaction fee of 2.5% added for using a credit card (Visa Credit or MasterCard) or 3.5% for American Express. Check in between 3 PM and 6 PM from Monday to Sunday There is a late check in fee for arrivals between 6 PM and 9 PM of £20, after 9 PM the fee raises to £50 Check out is by 11 AM
