It is within 5 minutes walk of the Montpellier and Promenade areas of the town, including 2 theatres, approximately 50 restaurants and the Brewery/Cinema complex. Located adjacent to Cheltenham Ladies College it is 2-minutes walk from the coach station and 12 minutes from the railway station.
