Lee House is ideally located for exploring the very best of Exmoor and North Devon 's coast and countryside. Our award winning guest house offers attractive B&B accommodation, comfy beds and great breakfasts! All our rooms have en-suite facilities and are well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lee House has a guest lounge and garden for you to relax in, a private car park and WiFi. We pride ourselves on our hearty breakfasts. Our extensive breakfast menu offers something for everyone, including those following special diets. Lee House guests enjoy some of the most beautiful and inspiring landscapes in England and some of the best walking country anywhere in the world. We have compiled daily itineraries to provide you with ideas for activities, days out and unique places to visit in and around the National Park. Your room will be available from 4:00 pm check-in is between 4:00 8:00 pm. Rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Guests with limited mobility are advised to read our Accessibility Statement and/or phone us before booking. Lee House is unable to accommodate children under 12.
