The Pear Tree B&B

Located about 5 miles to the south east of Cambridge City centre, between Addenbrooke 's Hospital and Linton Zoo, Hildersham offers a tranquil, rural setting just minutes away from the Park and Ride and all the facilities of Cambridge city. Hildersham has many country walks to neighbouring towns, a river, lovely meadows and a beautiful 12th century church. It is near Linton zoo. There is also a bus that will take you to the centre of Cambridge - 5 minute walk from the B&B. 5 minute drive to Chilford Hall Vinyard and Conference Centre. 10 minute drive to Granta Business Park and Addenbrooke 's Hospital. Bed and breakfast accommodation is offered in a detached cottage. The breakfast is continental style which is available in the cottage. Tea/coffee, bread/toast, cereal, milk, yoghurt, fruit etc. The accommodation is in an ancient building and features such as the original beams have been carefully restored and highlighted. En suite shower room, along with TV, central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, high quality beds and bedding. The accommodation consists of a double en-suite room with an interleading room containing a day bed/couch that transforms into 2 single beds. This room also contains a table and chairs for breakfast, cupboard, fridge etc. There is a TV in both rooms. Please note there is no door between the two interleading rooms. Single occupancy and business users are welcome. Car parking off road and adjacent to the accommodation, is free. The main building is close by. WIFI is available and free. Please note that we are no longer a pub, but meals are available at the Dog and Duck in Linton (5 minute drive) or the Three Tuns in Abington (5 minute drive). Animals are welcome at an additional charge of £5 per night.
