Welcome to The Florian Guest House, rated 4 by the AA, and has been run by Sue & Dave Pitman since 2007. All rooms are priced on Room Only but you can select to have breakfast. There is a choice of English, Continental, Vegetarian or lighter options. For Gluten or Dairy free please let us know in advance. Florian has off road parking for five cars and is situated just 10-15 minutes walk from Weymouth town centre and Beach with a busservice which runs past us on a regular schedule. The X53 bus runs all along the Jurassic Coast and is great for sightseeing and for guests without cars. Parking in Weymouth can be expensive so use our car park for free and explore by bus or on foot. There are six bedrooms in total over three floors with the dining room on the lower ground floor. Unfortunately this does make us unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. Five of the bedrooms are en-suite and the sixth has a private bathroom. All have TV with DVD player, Free Wi-Fi, Towels, Toiletries, Hairdryer, Tea/coffee and Fridge. Please ask about discounts on max of 2 children in family room (3-13yrs) Infants under 3 years using a cot are free. A cot can only be accommodated in the Family room and Room 3. Please confirm if Florian 's cot is available. No children under 10yrs are accepted on the top floor. Rooms 4, 5 & 6.

Wareham - Road: Follow the A353 to Weymouth. At Chalbury Corner roundabout, take 1st exit. Follow the road to Weymouth sea front. On the Esplanade there is junction with lights by the Jubilee Clock Tower , turn right. Past Train station to large junction, straight over. Over bridge to large junction with lights, straight over into Abbotsbury Road. At small junction with lights (Rock Public House on corner) straight over. St Pauls Church is on the right and Florian is 50 metres on the left. br/ br/ Dorchester - Road: From the roundabout outside Dorchester take the turning to Weymouth. Follow the A354 into Weymouth. Please note we have new roads and they are not always shown on maps or satnavs. Follow signs to Portland (A354) Town Centre When you reach Chaffeys roundabout 1st exit Town Centre . At junction with lights, turn right into Abbotsbury Road. At the small junction with lights go straight over. St Pauls Church on right and Florian is approx 50yds on the left
