East or West From the A27 take the Emsworth exit (A259) and follow road into the centre of Emsworth. At the roundabout take the first exit (norh) (B2148). Continue under the rail and road bridges and then after 0.7 of a mile turn right at the traffic islands into Southleigh Road. Take the third left into Hollybank Lane at the top of the lane bear right into Long Copse Lane go past the entrance for Hollybank House, take the second driveway on the left, opposite Wraysbury Park Drive, The Old Dairy Farm is at the top of the long gravel drive. From The North: Leave the A3(M) at junction 2 and follow the signs to Emsworth B2149 then B2148. Take the first left after the Emsworth sign into Southleigh Road at the traffic islands and then third left into Hollybank Lane. At the top of the lane bear right into Long Copse Lane go past the entrance forHollybank House, take the second driveway on the left, opposite Wraysbury Park Drive, The Old Dairy Farm is at the top of the long gravel drive
