By Road: From the South (Builth Wells): Continue north along the A483 for approx 6 miles until you enter the village of Howey. Once in the village of Howey you should ignore the first right turn (signposted Hundred House) and take the second right turn, which is signposted towards Three Wells B&B, Acorn Court B&B and Brynhir Farm B&B. This will take you onto the one-way New Row, which you should follow along its semicircular path through the old village, past the Drovers Arms pub and the post office. As the row of shops and houses comes to an end you will see the main A483 back in front of you and you should take the last right turn before the main road, which is again signposted to Three Wells B&B, Acorn Court B&B and Brynhir Farm B&B. This brings you onto Chapel Road, a narrow country lane, which you should follow for just under a mile, passing the chapel on your left, until you reach a small private road to the right where you will see a large white sign for Three Wells as well as further brown signs directing you towards Three Wells B&B and Acorn Court B&B. Turn right onto the private road, over the cattle grid and continue past Acorn Court on your right until you reach Three Wells Hotel, which will be on your left, with the lake on your right. There is ample parking to the far end of the hotel or alternatively in front of the hotel next to the lake. From the North (Llandrindod Wells) Continue south along the A483 for approx 1 mile. As you enter Howey village the first left turn is no entry but very shortly after this is the left turn that you need to take. This second left turn is signposted towards Three Wells B&B, Acorn Court B&B and Brynhir Farm B&B and you need to turn off here.
