Our beautifully refurbished en suite bedrooms have seriously comfortable beds, flat screen televisions with Freeview, high pressure showers and Wi-Fi. There 's plenty of off road parking and you re welcome to check in outside of our normal check in times (5-7pm) as long as you ring and arrange a convenient time with us in advance, We re in the IP4 area of Ipswich with a short walk to main bus routes which will take you into town or out to Adastral Park - just over a mile away from Ipswich town centre - with the waterfront even nearer - close to Ipswich NHS Hospital, Ipswich Nuffield Health Hospital, University College Suffolk, Trinity Park and Foxhall Stadium.
