Ardmeanach House

Situated only a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Inverness, close to many Restaurants and Public Houses. All Tourist services can be accessed close by and arranged from Ardmeanach House. All our Bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and are en suite. All have Tea/Coffee making facilities. Freshly cooked Breakfast is available from 8 am until 9.30, earlier by arrangement. We have free WiFi throughout the House and a separate Residents Lounge and Dining Room available for Guests use. In the Lounge you will find 2 Bookcases with brochures and local information and some Games & DVD 's for those damp evenings! Private off street Car Park. All rooms have freeview TV.'s Fairfield Road is within a residential area of Inverness with Local Buses running into the Town centre! There is very little traffic noise out with the normal busy times that you would expect.
