Elegant Edwardian guesthouse retaining many period features, with all en-suite accommodation double-glazed and centrally-heated for guests comfort. We are ideally situated between town centre, harbourside and seafront and close to bus and rail links. There is some on-site parking, free wifi and glorious harbour views from the rear of the property, with glimpses of the sea from the front. All bedrooms have hairdryers, free tea/coffee making facilities with mini-fridges, and flat screen digital televisions. Below Stairs is our self-catering apartment at garden level, with its own large furnished deck area, spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, large en suite bedroom (super king or twin beds) and additional cloakroom. Flat-screen digital TV (42 and 36 ) iPod docking and free WiFi. Sofa bed available for 3rd person.

Take A39 south out of Truro and follow signs for Falmouth (about 10 miles). As you enter Falmouth follow signs for beaches and docks (not the town centre) We are just past the Princess Pavilion (on your right) on the left hand side of the road. If you get lost please just call us and describe your location, we will guide you from there.
