Caterham has it 's own car park at the rear of the building and offers quality Bed & Breakfast accommodation with on-site parking in an excellent location. Caterham is a Grade 11 listed building within the Stratford-Upon-Avon Conservation Area. It has a comfortable lounge / sitting room area, a bar and an outside patio. Within the property each of the guest bedrooms is individually decorated in keeping with the character of the building. Each of the bedrooms has full en-suite facilities and tea / coffee making facilities and hairdryers are provided in every room. All guest bedrooms are double bedrooms suitable for 2 persons sharing and some of the bedrooms are available for single occupation at a reduced rate. There are no guest bedrooms on the ground floor.
