Enterkine House Hotel is 15 minutes from Glasgow Prestwick Airport and the towns on Troon and Ayr yet set among 350 acres of woodland estate , it ensures a get away from it all experience. Enterkine offers a few types of accommodation Deluxe - it has 6 deluxe bedrooms within the main house /7 Standard rooms with en suite shower rooms in Kirk House ( a 3 minute walk from the main house and to a 3 star guest house standard. The memorable Woodland Lodge. - a quirky but luxury accommodation experience nestled amongst the rhodedendrums to the front of the house. Has its own en suite double shower room and seating and dressing area within the lodge. All rooms are en suite and breakfast for all the main house and Woodland Lodge bookings are served in the main hotel. Food is created by Master Chef Paul Moffat and reservations are advised. Activities that can be pre booked are clay pigeon shooting, quads, archery and beauty. Golf, horse riding, fishing can be arranged for our guests.

From Glasgow and the North Follow signs for Kilmarnock and Prestwick Airport - A77. Follow the A77 Kilmarnock After Passing Kilmarnock Follow Signs for Ayr/Prestwick Airport. At the BP/Monkton Roundabout Filter to your Left - Follow Signs for Ayr (A77) At the next Roundabout (Sandyford Toll) Turn Left and follow signs for Mossblown/Annbank. (Brown tourist route signs off A77 all the way to the house) When you reach to village of Mossblown, at the staggered Crossroads carry straight on (Passing the Four Ways Pub, Signed for Annbank). You are now on Annbank Road. Proceed straight on until you see the sign for Annbank B744 however carry straight on over the small bridge and you will see the white sign for Enterkine Country House which is 50 metres on the left. From Ayr (Racecourse and Town Centre) Turn to the right following signs for Glasgow/Kilmarnock and Irvine. Take the right hand lane at the roundabout (Whitletts) and take the 3rd exit signposted Mauchline/Mossblown B743. Proceed straight on until you reach the village of Mossblown and take an immediate right (at the Four Ways Public House). You are now on Annbank Road. (Enterkine is sign posted from here) Proceed straight on until you see the sign for Annbank B744 however carry straight on over the small bridge and you will see the white sign for Enterkine Country House which is 50 metres on the left. From Stranraer and the South Coming from the south (and Stranraer) via the A77, keep Ayr on the left until the Whitletts roundabout for the A719/B742. Take the right hand lane and take the 4th Exit (signposted Mauchline/Mossblown B743). Proceed straight on until you reach the village of Mossblown and take an immediate right (at the Four Ways Public House). You are now on Annbank Road. (Enterkine is sign posted from here). Proceed straight on until you see the sign for Annbank B744 however carry straight on over the small bridge and you will see the white sign for Enterkine Country House which is 50 metres on the left.
