We are a family guest house where children of all ages are truly made welcome. A happy smile and bright surroundings will add to the enjoyment of your visit to Great Yarmouth. All rooms are offered on a room only basis with the option of breakfast for an extra charge. We are situated about 300 metres from the seafront, less than 1 mile from the town centre shops & market, and 10 minutes walk from the Racecourse. Almost on our doorstep is a Post Office, McColl 's General Store & Newsagent, Launderette, Pizza & Kebab take-away, fish & chip shop, a bakery, hairdresser & solarium, betting shop and several pubs. There is also a bus stop handy for days when you don t fancy the stroll to the town centre or you want to go further afield without the car. Awarded 4 stars for the quality of our accommodation and hospitality by Visit Britain (formerly English Tourist Board) and we have the 5 stars award for food safety & hygiene by the Environmental Health Department.
