The Lawrance Luxury Aparthotel - Harrogate

These luxury apartments are set over three locations within the heart of historic Harrogate, each with fabulous décor, including hand-printed wallpaper and laminate wood flooring, an open-plan living area and fully-equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the use of DVD players, iPod docking stations and free Wi-Fi or go through to the bedroom, and relax on comfortable double beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen and goose-down pillows and duvets. In the modern bathrooms, you will find sumptuous towels and toiletries with contemporary fittings. All three locations are situated close to the town centre with Harrogate train and bus stations a short 5 minute walk away, and two onsite car parks. A selection of breakfast and celebration options can be pre-ordered, whilst tea, coffee and fresh milk are provided on arrival. An exclusive discount pack, containing vouchers for a range of highly recommended local restaurants, can also be found in each apartment. Please be aware that the Kings Road address, directly opposite the Harrogate International Centre, is where the reception is situated you may not necessarily be allocated at this site. If you wish to stay at a specific location, please specify in the special requests or contact The Lawrance directly. The Lawrance cannot guarantee specific locations or apartments, but will endeavour to meet all requirements. The reception team are on-site between the hours of 09:00-18:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00-14:00 on Sunday. You will be sent an email with all arrival information the day prior to your arrival. This will include which of the three locations you will be staying at and the four digit key box code for your unique key box. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please contact us as a matter of urgency. If you arrive between 18:00 - 21:00 it is very important that you read your arrival email as you will need this information for your self-check in as there will be no-one on-site to assist you. All guests are kindly asked to be checked into their apartments by 21:00. The Lawrance reserves the right to process a security deposit for all apartments booked. The deposit is required prior to the arrival date and is refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Where a booking is made more than one month prior to the arrival, 20% of the total amount of the stay will be debited at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable in full one month prior to the arrival date. If a booking is made less than one month before arrival, the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.
