These new luxury apartments offer beautifully appointed 2-Bed and 3-Bed accommodation right on the beach. Each has a sea balcony and totally self-contained facilities for the perfect individual and family breaks. Discover the sun, sea, surf and luxury accommodation at Tolcarne Beach Village. As the apartments are on the beach the access road down to us is a narrow road, access to and from the beach by foot is 130 cliff steps, so you will be fit at the end of a stay with us. Tolcarne Beach offers all round family surf fun with hire of surf equipment, wetsuits and surf lessons complete with life guard attendance during the peak season. Beach huts and deck chairs are also available for hire.

From the A30 follow the signs to Newquay. On approaching Quintrell Downs, at the roundabout, turn right signed Porth. Continue towards the town centre passing the surf pods on the left. Continue along this road and you will see the Hotel Bristol on your left with a set of pedestrian traffic lights. Turn right down towards the beach, over the crossing, between the blue iron railings. Drive right down on to the beach and you have arrived, where you will be met by one of our team. There is parking at the foot of the cliff close to the apartments but only a narrow lane down to it, so access is only suitable for small cars. We also have additional parking at the top of the cliff and there is nearby on the road parking and public carparks.
