In the heart of the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, these stylish luxury apartments have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious, open-plan living / dining room. All the apartments are centrally located, opposite the Harrogate International Conference Centre, the Royal Hall and the stunning Valley Gardens and just a 3 minute walk into the centre of the town. Fresh towels, toiletries and linen are provided, along with Yorkshire tea, coffee, milk sachets and sugar. Rasmus breakfasts are also available to order 48 hours prior to your arrival featuring fresh bread, fruit, preserves, cereals and fresh orange juice. (Breakfast is available on every day except Monday and charges apply). One parking permit, per apartment can be purchased for nearby on-street parking should you require it. Important information: Same day bookings cannot be accepted for arrivals after 4pm. Please note the apartments are situated on the corner of 39 Swan Road and 5 Crescent Road, (same building but 2 entrances) both are within 3 minutes walk from the town centre and within easy walking distance from the bus and train station. Once a booking is made, guests will be sent instructions by email approximately 7 days prior to arrival with directions, a map, clear instructions on how to find the apartments and the entrance codes to entrance A or entrance B (depending on which you are staying in). Failure to bring these details with you will prevent access to the apartment. Children of all ages are welcome. Cot beds and high chairs are available on request. Please note the hotel reserves the right to decline any bookings for large groups. We do not accept Stag or Hen parties. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: We are unable to accept arrivals or departures on Christmas Day and New Years Day. Any bookings that come through with an arrival or departure on this date will be offered an extended stay (charges apply) subject to availability but if this is not possible, for the guest/accommodation provider, the booking will be cancelled - standard cancellation policy applies.
