You will receive a warm welcome in this Victorian Villa which has a charming Country House feel. The elegant rooms are light and airy and all are decorated and furnished to a high standard of luxury and comfort, making for a relaxing stay both for those travelling on business and leisure guests. There is a lovely Sitting Room to relax in and a delightful Dining Room where breakfast is served with French Doors leading onto the Patio Courtyard.There is free WiFi throughout and free car parking on the forecourt.

BY CAR: After leaving M5 motorway continue onto A38 signed Torquay/Plymouth. After approx 3-4 miles take the left hand lanes to Torquay A380. Stay on this road until you reach Newton Abbot. At Penn Inn roundabout continue straight over signed Torquay/Paignton. At the next roundabout take the A3022 signed Torquay. Continue on this road through four sets of traffic lights. At fifth set of traffic lights (by Torre Station/Halfords) take right hand fork into Avenue Road, signed Seafront. Kingston House is approximately 500 metres on the left.
