On the doorstep are many of Birmingham 's major attractions, including the Barclay Card Arena, the ICC, the National Sea Life Centre and the Symphony Hall as well as galleries, theatres, sporting attractions, a variety of distinguished retailers and the renowned Bullring Shopping centre. A photo ID is required upon check-in. Please be aware that a security deposit is required upon check-in. This amount is GBP 250 for bookings from Friday to Sunday and GBP 50 per person from Sunday to Thursday. This is in case of any damages, breakages or violation of terms and conditions. Once the room is checked on departure, this amount will be returned either by reversing the pre-authorisation performed on the card or returning cash via bank transfer Please note that the Security deposit will be required upon check-in: A pre-authorisation of £50.00 per person is required for any booking Sunday to Thursday and is applicable to adults and children 16 years old and above. A pre-authorisation for fixed amount of £250.00 will be required for any booking Friday to Sunday. Please note that between the 28th 31st December, the pre-authorisation deposit of 250GBP per one or two bedroom apartment and 300GBP per penthouse will be required and on the 31st December (NYE) a deposit of 300GBP per one or two bedroom apartment and 400GBP per penthouse will be required. If the Security Deposit is paid in cash, it will be returned as a bank transfer we would require bank details (account number and sort code). The security deposit is fully refundable on departure day if no Damages have occurred in the apartment or violation of our Terms & Conditions. City Nites is not responsible for any delays in refunding pre-authorisations by credit card companies. Please note any additional requests/extras may be chargeable at a rate agreed with the hotel. This includes extra beds/twins and balcony guarantee.
