We are a budget 23 bedroom bed & breakfast guest house just 30 seconds from the seafront & beach & 5 minutes to the town Centre. All rooms have Digital Freeview TV with Music & Radio channels, Free Wi-Fi, a good supply of towels & toiletries, tea, Coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits & bottled water & daily housekeeping, late check-in & check-out (by prior arrangement) & free parking. We have only non-smoking rooms. We are within walking distance of the pubs & clubs! You have own key. We have single, double, twin & family rooms. A travel cot is available free. We offer washing, laundry, ironing, clock radio/DVDS/irons/Hair dryers free on request. Parking is on street at the front & in a public car park at the rear, parking permits are free on request. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT EN-SUITE. A deposit of the first night 's stay will be taken within 24 hours of booking. We offer a self-service continental style breakfast from 8am - 10:30 am with cereals, toast, juices etc in our dining room. Check in, from 14.00 to 21.00 (any check ins after 21.00 by arrangement at time of booking). There is a bell in reception & we can be ontacted 24 hours a day if you require anything or there is a problem we should know about.
