From Birmingham New Street station Leave New Street Train station from the Victoria Square exit. Bear left along Navigation Street and proceed underneath the Queensway fly-over towards the MailBox. Walk along the front of the Mailbox and turn into Severn Street. Walk for one minute, then turn into Commercial Street. Continue until you see the steps for Upper Marshall Street on your left. At the end of this roa the last apartment on your right is the check in area. Walk up the few steps on your right and go through the gate onto the balcony. BridgeStreet is the first door on your right. From Birmingham International Airport Follow the signs to Birmingham City Centre along the A45. At the Bordesley Circus (Junction 18) take the 1st exit onto the A4540 and follow signs for the Ring Road M5. Follow the road until Junction 3 and come off at the 2nd exit (ring Road, M5). Follow the road to the traffic lights and then follow the signs to the City Centre / Bull Ring. Branch to the left and go up Bristol Street till you come to Holloway Circus. Take the 1st exit (M5, A456), turn right into Granville Street and turn right into Ridley Street. Bear left onto Upper Gough Street and Upper Marshall Street will be on your left.
