From the M5/Exeter Continue from the end of the M5 onto the A38. After 2 miles keep left and follow signs for A380/Torquay. Continue on the A380 for 10 miles and continue through Newton Abbot. On the raod into Torquay ensure you take the 2nd exit at the Roundabout, sign posted Hamelin Way/A380. Continue on the A380 for 1.3 miles and continue over 2 roundabouts. At the 3rd roundabout take the 1st exit on Marldon Road/B3060 towards Paignton. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Colley End Rd/B3060. At the T-junction turn right onto Torquay Rd/A3022 and follow the one-way system onto Hyde Road and then Victoria Street. Continue past Paignton Station and turn left onto Station Road. At the t junction turn left onto Sands Rd/B3201 and then take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout. Then turn left onto Roundham Rd, continue round the corner and then take the right turn onto Braeside Rd, continue down the hill and the hotel is located on the left.
