Cambium at Careys Manor Hotel is a creative and enchanting dining experience. The restaurant is inspired by the New Forest and uses only the finest local ingredients. The hotel 's French restaurant Le Blaireau provides a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere offering simple, high quality authentic French cuisine. The Zen Garden at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa offers a tranquil dining experience. The imaginative menus created by our Thai Chefs at the Zen Garden restaurant offer a fresh infusion of exotic flavours that create exquisite Thai cuisine. Senspa at Careys Manor boasts an extensive range of state-of-the-art and traditional therapies and treatments, and guests can relax in a Laconicum heat room. Guests can enjoy free use of the health club facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, spa bath, steam room and gymnasium from 3pm to 11am checkout. Additional charges will apply for using the SenSpa Hydrotherapy facilities and treatments. Advance reservations for treatments and the additional SenSpa facilities are essential to avoid disappointment. Please also note that under 16s are not permitted to use the health club or spa facilities, including the swimming pool. Please note that children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted to use the Health Club which INCLUDES the Swimming Pool, SenSpa facilities and Zen Garden Restaurant. In addition, children under the age of 8 are not permitted to dine in the Manor Restaurant in the evening however our French Bistro Le Blaireau offers an attractive childrens menu. On Saturday and Sunday Mornings we will be offering a brunch from 10am to 12 noon in our bistro. This will be instead of breakfast. This will be an a la carte menu and charged Please note - Please note that as we are holding Christmas parties at the hotel throughout December, The Manor Restaurant and/or Le Blaireau Bistro might be closed in the evening and there might be a disco until 1am. The Zen Garden, our authentic Thai Restaurant is open for dinner as normal. If you would like to enquire about events taking place on a specific date, please contact the hotel. Please note that Cambium will be closed for Dinner service, including Private Dining/Group dinners on the following dates: 4,11,23,25 Aug 1,9.20 Sep from 4th Oct cambium closed every Sunday.

By train Careys Manor is located neare the village of Brockenhurst, well served by direct train services from London Waterloo (90 minutes), the midlands and the north.
